Fundraisers

Run a fresh, hand-rolled eggroll fundraiser for your organization. Simple to run, delicious to sell.

How It Works

1. 1Your organization chooses up to 6 Eggroll Lady flavors.
2. 2Your organization sells the eggrolls and chooses the selling price.
3. 3Collect your customer orders.
4. 4When your fundraiser ends, use your organization's private Eggroll Lady fundraiser link to submit your final totals.
5. 5Eggroll Lady prepares your order fresh for the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Fundraiser Pricing

Pricing can vary by fundraiser. Your organization's prices are shown on your private fundraiser order page.

Flavor Selection

Organizations may select up to 6 available flavors.

Available flavors are chosen when the fundraiser is set up. Only the flavors assigned to your fundraiser appear on your private order page.

Scheduling

Before beginning your fundraiser, your fundraiser date must be confirmed as available with Eggroll Lady.

Fundraisers should be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance.

Do not begin selling or collecting orders until your fundraiser date has been confirmed.

If scheduled with less than 3 weeks notice, available flavors may be limited.

Payment

Once the final fundraiser order has been placed and confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to continue with the order.

The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery.

For returning fundraiser clients, the deposit requirement may be waived during especially busy periods, and full payment may be made at pickup/delivery when approved by Eggroll Lady.

Delivery / Pickup

Delivery is generally scheduled between approximately 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM unless another time has been arranged.

Organizations should verify the order count at delivery/pickup and complete the sign-off through the delivery slip.

Pickup in Harrisburg or meet-halfway arrangements may also be available when approved.
